Why one annual price instead of monthly?
A housing-allowance record is a year-long thing, so one decision a year fits better than twelve. It's also simpler and cheaper to run without monthly billing, and I'd rather put that into the product.
Can I try the paid features first?
The free tier isn't a countdown trial — it's free for as long as you want, and it covers real, year-round recordkeeping. Pro adds the fair rental value report, receipt scanning, and the polished year-end export on top. If Pro isn't worth it for you, Free still works.
What is the "founding rate"?
Pro will be $99/year. People who join the list before it opens lock in $79/year and keep that price for as long as they stay subscribed.
What happens to my data if I stay on Free, or cancel later?
Nothing disappears. You keep your records on Free, and you can export everything or delete your account at any time.
