What we collect
- If you join the Pro list: your email address, the role you choose (for example pastor or treasurer, optional), and the page you signed up from.
- If you email us: your email address and whatever you write.
- Aggregate visit data: page views and performance measurements collected by Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. These are cookie-less and aggregate; we do not use them to identify you, and we do not send your email address to them.
- Server logs: our host may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
We do not run advertising, and we do not use tracking cookies or session recording.
How we use it
We use your email address to send the messages you signed up for, such as Pro-launch news, occasional product updates, and the founding-rate reminder, and to reply to you. We use aggregate visit data to understand which pages are useful.
Who processes it
We use service providers to run this website: Vercel (hosting and analytics) and Tarvent (email list management and sending). They process data only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing by others.
Unsubscribing and deletion
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. To ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, email info@housingallowancehelper.com. Anyone can make these requests, wherever they live.
Children
This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
